We started keeping this journal in 2023. The premise was simple: one cup of tea per city, written down honestly, no rating system, no affiliate links, no AI summaries.

What you'll find here is twenty-nine entries and growing. Long essays where a place earned one; short field notes where it didn't. The map is the index. The logbook is the receipts.

Tea is an excuse. The room is the thing.

Did I mention we love coffee too. And every other warm beverage that's ever made a stranger nod at us across a small table.

Cold, tepid, and luke warm beverages seem to work just as well.
